The horrible Yankee game and ceremonious release of Jeremiah Trotter had me in a terrible mood as I trudged off to bed tonight. Rather than go to bed angry and dejected, I decided to scour the Internet for something to make me laugh.

Mission accomplished. If you're at work, put your headphones on before you press play on the video below, and make sure to check out this awesome post from Sports Rumblings for more manager/coach meltdowns. The Earl Weaver clip below was the best, in my opinion.

    That was the perfect antedote to losing Trotter and Cole Hamels for the next three weeks. Thanks again.

    I heard about Hamels last night, rough break man.

    Look at it this way, when they get into the playoffs, they sure will have earned it.
