Edwar Ramirez has officially become the third Yankee pitcher to be suspended for almost hitting a batter.

The suspension is 3 games, and it will be appealed, and probably reduced. Joba was suspended last year, as was Scott Proctor, all three suspensions stemmed from incidents where the batter was not hit. I've been looking and I can't find a single instance of a pitcher on any team other than the Yankees being suspended for nearly hitting a batter.

Sidney on the hill tonight, buckle up.

I guess both, but I meant Edwar's suspension.
