Well that’s what I get for saying things like “The Yankees own Texas,” and calling the Rangers “A Rented Mule.” Today’smonstrous lossto the Rangers was pretty much a foregone conclusion, considering every single indicator screamed Yankees win.
Wang was horrible, the pen was worse, only Melky did anything at the plate. It’s going to be a long flight to Seattle for the Bombers tonight.
The good news: It only counts as one loss in the standings.
