Kei Igawa was horrible today. No matter what Jon Sterling and Suzyn Waldman tell you, he was pitiful. 5 innings, 7 earned runs. Those stats speak for themselves. Luckily, for the Yanks, their bullpen and their third basemen picked up the slack for what has been a horrible starting rotation. The pen went 4 scoreless, and A-Rod delivered his second "A-Bomb" off the day in dramatic fashion, a two-out grand salami to win it in the bottom of the 9th.

I'm in Philly, getting psyched up for the Sixers game tomorrow, so I'm going to keep it short and sweet. A-Rod came up huge today, if not for him, and his CLUTCH performance, the Yanks lose. Simple as that, we've all booed him and gotten on his case when's come up short, well it's only fair that we applaud him when does something special. Player of the Game: Alex Rodriguez, 3-4, 2 HR, 6 RBI, 4 runs, 1 walk...WALK OFF SALAMI!!!!!!!.
