The land of the Mormons wasn't kind to the Sixers tonight. A tougher, more talented Utah team took advantage of a road-weary Sixers team tonight, pulling away in the second half for a 98-87 win.

Andre Iguodala looked tired tonight, as did pretty much every Sixer regular. Utah, coming off three days of rest, was very aggressive on the defensive side of the ball, and the refs let them get away with a lot of contact. The Sixers didn't match Utah's intensity.

Player of the game goes to Andre Miller by defualt, he finished with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The Sixers conclude their road trip in Minnesota Friday against a hapless Timberwolves team, who somehow managed to beat the Spurs in OT tonight. Should be another one for ESPN Classic.

The only highlight in the NBA tonight for the Sixers is that Mephis won, so the Sixers picked up a game in the race for Greg Oden.
