Click for full story. The Sixers' 101-75 win over the Pacers on Wednesday night was much needed for both team and fan morale. I know I felt better about the team, and I was motivated to find out who contributed most to the good offensive and excellent defensive performance (101 points in 94 possessions on offense, 75 points allowed in 95 possessions on defense), using the Differential Production metric that I've developed.

Click for full story. Small sample size can be fun, sometimes. After last night's destruction of the Pacer, the Sixers pulled within a single point in point differential (490-491). John Hollinger would tell you they're better than their 1-4 record based on that alone, and maybe they are. Anyway, we're tracking a couple of trends, let's catch up.

Click for full story. It's a shame, really, that a thrashing like that only counts for one win. The Sixers dominated every facet of their resounding 101-75 win over the Pacers last night, unfortunately, Doug Collins wasn't around to see the time run off the clock as hundreds of fans celebrated.

Click for full story. For the second time in five days, the Sixers will take on the Indiana Pacers on the second night of a back-to-back. This time, the odds are stacked even more in the Indiana's favor. The Sixers are coming off a backbreaking overtime loss to the Wizards. Their only interior player of any note, Elton Brand, played 42 hard minutes last night. Meanwhile, Danny Granger put into practice a skill he perfected while playing for Team USA this summer...he sat around and did nothing.
