Click for full story. It appears as though Doug Collins is as tired of slow starts as we are. Tonight, he decided to nip the problem in the bud. After only 1:44 of sloppy basketball, Collins lifted Jrue Holiday (who had already turned the ball over twice) for Lou Williams. The Sixers went on to lead the game by 10 after the first quarter and put the catastrophic Washington Generals Wizards out of their misery in a 31-point blowout. (game capsule)

Click for full story. Stating the obvious, but the Sixers need to bounce back quickly from their tough road loss to the Knicks. They never gave up in New York, even though they had every reason to do so, now they need to get those excuses out of their minds. They need to collect themselves, take a breath, and get right back to blowing teams away when they face the Wizards tonight.
