We're three weeks, give or take, away from the NBA draft. Admittedly, the college hoops game is not my forte. I watch the occasional game, usually when a top player is involved. I catch as much of the NCAA tournament as I can, but when it comes to giving you guys accurate reports on the players the Sixers may be interested in, I rely on scouting reports I read on the internet.
This year, I thought maybe we'd do something a little different than a rehash of what other sites have written. So, it's with this in mind that I'm going to turn over control of the site to you guys, the readers. Anyone who wants to write up a profile of a player they think the Sixers may draft, a guy they'd love the Sixers to draft, or even a guy they don't want the Sixers to touch with a 10-foot pole is welcome.
All you have to do is send me an e-mail with your write-up. Make sure you include a short paragraph about how the Sixers will get the player (trade up, take him at #16, trade down), why you think he's a good/bad fit for the team, and as much about the player as you can muster.
To take part, just e-mail your submission to brian at blogsbyfans dot com or click this link
. Send me as many as you like, I'll edit for grammar only. If you have a site of your own, include the URL and I'll provide a link.
I know a lot of you guys watch a ton of college hoops, so this is a great opportunity to hear from the people who have put in the time doing their own "scouting." You guys made this blog with your comments during the season, it's only fair that you take part this Summer as contributors.
