The Sixers made qualifying offers to Iguodala and Lou Williams today, not terms were discussed. This is the first step in resigning them, most likely. Either player can negotiate an extension with the Sixers, sign an offer sheet with another team, which the Sixers would then be allowed to match, or they can sign the qualifying offer and become unrestricted free agents after next season.
The Bobcats have traded for the #20 pick in the draft, sending a conditional future #1 pick to Denver. This was probably a salary-cap move for the Nuggets who are way over the luxury tax threshold.
The Heat are apparently still on the fence about what to do with the #2 pick, options include drafting Beasley, drafting O.J. Mayo, trading with Memphis or even the Knicks.
