The Sixers head to Texas for two tough games. The schedule makers, and ESPN must've thought there would've been some drama in this two-game roadtrip to Texas for the Sixers. Tonight, they're on ESPN at 8 p.m. playing the Mavericks, tomorrow night, they head to San Antonio.

The Sixers are 15-point underdogs tonight, and if I was a betting man, I'd go with Dallas. The Sixers fed off the Iverson catastrophe for a couple of games and still couldn't come away with a win. Now all that's left is a bad, bad team and they're going up against two very good teams in the Mavs and the Spurs.

I'll be watching, so expect a "Project Lottery" update sometime in the wee hours.

Meanwhile, the Iverson rumor mill is still churning, with Denver leading the way at the moment as the hottest destination. In an interesting turn of events, the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that Larry Brown is advising the Sixers, apparently advising them on the deals being offered for Iverson. Personally, I think Brown's done quite enough for this franchise, but if he can talk some sense into Billy King, I guess it can't hurt too much.
