This Is Playoff Basketball

I haven’t caught much of the playoffs, just bits here and there. I watched most of games 3 and 4 of the Bulls sweep of the Heat. The Heat are a terrible team, by the way. Tonight, I watched my first playoff game, Dallas at Golden State, tip to buzzer, and all I have to say is wow.

The Warriors are seconds away from going up 3 to 1 on the Dallas Mavericks and I have to say, I broke a sweat just watching this game. The Warriors are the most exciting team in the playoffs, and I think it’s safe to say that Oakland has the best sports fans in the country, maybe the world.

Baron Davis was, by a large margin, the best player on the floor. Stephen Jackson made me forget all about his night-club gun-wielding escapades. Matt Barnes looks nothing like the 12th man in the Sixers rotation last year.

Does Josh Howard still play for the Mavs? That’s a serious question, where the hell was he all night?

Usually, when my teams are eliminated I lose interest in the playoffs. I move on to the next sport, baseball in this case. This year, I’m going to have to jump on the Golden State bandwagon because the Warriors have become must-watch television.

If you haven’t seen them play, tune in Tuesday night at 9:30, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been watching this series from Game 1 (at least the first half). I love the Warriors. They are so much fun to watch. Who can keep up with them? They are the most dangerous team in the playoffs.

I have a problem with watching GSW, their games start too late (4.30 AM here...). It must be fun, though.

I enjoyed watching the Lakers butt-kicking last night, Suns are always a great show as well

the Det-Chi series will be very interesting too, I think

Yep, I think the Bulls win that series. This Bulls team is for real.

And anyone who questioned the Ben Wallace signing should be writing an apology letter to them right now.

I wonder how the ratings would be for a Chicago/Golden State finals.
