The break is over, the trade deadline is tomorrow and the Sixers will lace 'em up in Minnesota tonight sans Andrew Bynum and Thad Young. The TWolves have been atrocious since Kevin Love went down with a broken hand, the only thing uglier than their 3-16 record over their past 19? Rubio's shooting percentages.

The Minnesota Timberwolves feature two guys in their starting lineup who the Sixers simply cannot account for. Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic are physical beasts, especially on the offensive glass. They play big, they play strong, they're aggressive, and they're most likely going to eat Lavoy, Hawes and Kwame alive tonight.

Kevin Love calmly sank two free throws with 0.1 showing on the clock to extinguish the Sixers hopes of snapping a two-game losing streak on the road in Minnesota. Two things led to Love getting to the line, but those two things were merely symptoms, not the cause of the loss. (game capsule).

It wasn't as demonstrative as I would've liked, but I'll take it. Good to see a couple guys stiffen when Minnesota came back to tie it and say, "No way we're losing this game." The non-pathetic triple-double is your player of the game.

Second night of a back-to-back, fourth game in five nights, 1,200 miles of travel in the dead of night to face a bad team. I'd say a 20-point victory is something to be proud of. The Sixers used a balanced attack, putting seven players in double figures (and Evan Turner at 9 points), and putting the Timberwolves to sleep in the process.

This win streak started with the Sixers talented players overcoming their asinine coach's rotations. At this point, it doesn't seem to matter who he puts on the floor. The Sixers extended their streak to five in dramatic fashion with a no-doubt-about-it butt kicking of the T-Wolves in front of hundreds of fans at the Wach.
