Click for full story. Let's say the rumors are true and Larry Brown is brought in to be the basketball Messiah for the Sixers in the coming hours, days or weeks. Whether you're pro-Larry or not, one thing is for sure. When he's given the reins he will make at least one head-scratching trade. After the jump, let's see if we can guess who he'll target.

Click for full story. Adrian Wojnarowski reported on the Larry Brown situation earlier today, and it seems to me like there might be some weight to these rumors. The latest revolves around LB coming back to Philly as President of Basketball Operations, and he supposedly has his eye on Milt Newton, one of his former players, to come in as GM and Mike Woodson to take over as coach. Thoughts after the jump.

Click for full story. Take a gander at the Sixers team page on 82games.com, I'll wait. Two particular numbers jumped out at me, opponent's production vs. Lou (17.2) and vs. Jrue (19.9). 15.0 is supposedly league-average, the lower the number, the better. Having watched every second of Sixers basketball this season, I can emphatically tell you Lou Williams isn't half the defender Jrue Holiday is, so how do you explain that number? We'll give it a try after the jump.

Click for full story. I wish they'd hold the NBA draft lottery the day after the season ended. This period between the final game and the lottery drawing is pure agony. There's only so much research you can do, only so many scenarios you can run. Still, this is the hand we've been dealt, so I decided to tackle some math and break down Chad Ford's lottery/mock draft machine as well. Check it out after the jump.

Click for full story. Up next in our "Feelings On" series, Mr. Thaddeus Young. A prodigy his rookie season, emerging as a number-one scoring option late in his sophomore year, only to regress to the point of irrelevance under the watchful eye of Fast Eddie Jordan. What do you see Thad's role as going forward in Philly?

Click for full story. You can consider this an open letter to Comcast, at least the Comcast employees who are directly responsible for decisions concerning the Sixers. You can consider this a plea from a fan, or perhaps a segment of fans who love this once proud franchise. But more importantly, consider this as a business plan for not only returning the Philadelphia 76ers to prominence in the NBA, but filling the seats at the Wachovia Center.
