Click for full story. Sacramento has cornered the market. The NBA is littered with players who look good, but actually kill teams. The two names at the top of that list? DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay. Sacramento drafted one (then gave him a max contract), then went out and traded for the other. It's only a matter of time until Cousins throws a punch at Gay for hogging the ball, there are only so many possessions to waste, after all.

Click for full story. A city fighting to keep a team that won't fight with owners who can't be bothered. At least there's one franchise in more disarray than the Sixers. Tonight, our heroes take on the Sacramento Kings in a battle for lottery position.

Click for full story. There's no shame in splitting a pair of games against the Knicks and Grizzlies. There is, however, shame in the defensive effort the Sixers put forth last night, and blowing a 17-point lead. Anyway, they need to shake it off and focus, because the schedule is smiling on them over the next seven days, and they need to take advantage.

Click for full story. With a 10-point win over the Pacers the previous night, and a tilt with the Knicks on deck for tomorrow, the Sixers needed to put the Sacramento Kings to sleep early tonight and grab some rest. They did just that with a 27-point trouncing that wasn't even nearly that close. (game capsule).

Click for full story. This is not a trap game. There is no such thing as a trap game when you're still in the process of proving yourself, proving you really deserve the national accolades you're just now starting to get. This is just a game against a bad team. A game you have to win, no matter what the situation may be.

Click for full story. I guess the silver lining is that maybe this game won't mean much in the grand scheme of things. Personally, that doesn't give me much solace. The Sixers should've never been in a close game with the Kings. They should've never had to come back. They should've never let it slip away and there's plenty of blame to go around.

Click for full story. We very well may have seen the last Sixers game in Sacramento tonight. If that turns out to be the case, at least they'll have fond memories of California's capital. This is the type of win you like to see against a bad team, systematically rip them apart for the first three quarters, then clear the bench and rest the starters in the fourth.

Click for full story. Later tonight, the Sixers will face a team so bad they're literally being run out of Sacramento. OK, well, maybe it's their owners who are doing the running, but the point is, they're terrible. That doesn't mean they don't have some talented players, simply that the talented players they have are quite flawed, don't fit together, and in some cases are downright lunatics. Still, you can't take them lightly, so let's take a closer look.

Click for full story. For only the second time in six weeks, the Sixers won a game they should have. Congratulations, guys. The Kings, without their two best players, were no match for Philadelphia tonight in Sacramento, 116-106 was your final.

Click for full story. Two rookie wings showing great potential. Two young bigs contributing up front. And Beno Udrih. That's the formula for the upstart Sacramento Kings. I'm legitimately looking forward to this game.

Click for full story. This edition of crazy trade ideas that will never happen features a deal with the Sacramento Kings that would bring us a coveted shooter at the two guard, but leave us without a center. Let's take a look after the jump.
