Believe it or not, there's one positive thing about the horrible basketball we're witnessing on a nightly basis from our beloved Philadelphia 76ers. These posts basically write themselves. I find myself with more to say about the sad state of this once proud franchise than I have the time to type. Tonight's stupendous loss, their eighth in a row, was no different.

With AI quietly preparing for his Monday night debut, the rest of the Sixers roster (let's call them the forgotten 13) is gearing up to stop their seven-game skid against Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Preview and game thread after the jump.

I've had some time to let this one percolate in my mind and now I think I can write about it. First of all, give credit where credit is due. The Thunder played an excellent, excellent defensive game tonight. Missing their star and arguably their second-best player they used a simple defensive scheme to embarrass a "playoff" team that desperately needed a win. After the jump I have a few words for the Sixers, one in particular.

The 16-46 Oklahoma City Thunder will play host to the Sixers tonight without their budding superstar, Kevin Durant. Their second-leading scorer, Jeff Green, is also questionable. Green missed last night's game with back problems. Needless to say, this is a golden opportunity for the Sixers to finish off a sweep of this quick two-game road trip. After the jump we'll take a look at the stats, the strategy and have the in-game discussion.
