While it's never great to see the Eagles struggle through three quarters against a bad team, things could've been a whole lot worse. Just look at the rest of the NFC East for confirmation.

The Cowboys lost in overtime to the Cardinals, a perennial doormat of the league.

The Redskins lost to St. Louis, the Rams first and possibly last win of the season.

And last night the Giants got their asses handed to them by the lowly Browns.

The Eagles picked up a game on everyone in the division with their fourth quarter comeback against the Niners, that's some nice momentum to take into the bye week. Now let's just get Westbrook and Shawn Andrews back on the field against the Falcons in two weeks and forget about the three losses. The Eagles are right back in the thick of things.
