It’s taken a long time (33 days to be exact) for the Yankees to get the chance to get back to .500. Obviously, this is the first step toward playoff contention. Unfortunately, another way to say .500 is 50%, as in, there’s a 50% chance of rain tonight, meaning we might have to wait another 24 hours for the chance to see the Yankees reach the good ole .500 mark.

Thunder, lightning and what appears to be monsoon-like rain is filling my window right now, so it’s looking less and less likely that there will be a game tonight. More later, but we could be in for a double dip tomorrow folks!
